Normally I have a really hard time finding a pair of shoes that fit me correctly and are comfortable. As someone that works healthcare a good pair of shoes is very important to have. Jacob made my shopping experience breezy. I got the right size shoe that was comfortable to wear to work everyday!

This is a great place to get good shoes. The prices are pretty standard, but the service is absolutely wonderful. They measure your feet for a correct fit, but they can also conduct a pressure test that allows them to determine what type of plantar support you need. And Jacob was absolutely wonderful. Though they were quite busy when we arrived, he acknowledged us and proceeded to help us as soon as possible, and I saw him doing the same with other customers. He was busy, because he was the only one in the store initially, but he never acted hurried, or as if our questions or requests were anything but what he was there for and happy to do. I will be looking for our local store in Texas, as he told us where in our city it is. Kudos to the store and to Jacob!

I just found this store last week probably because I haven't been to BTM in years!! I do not like to shop, especially shoes. Both of the guys (?manager and ? Guy from Mackey) were very helpful and patient with me. Well worth going to the mall for shoes. Thx

Jacob was so helpful from the moment he picked up the phone when I called to see if they had a certain shoe to when he listened to me and what I was looking for in-person in the store. He made helpful suggestions and scored me a fantastic deal on the shoes I was looking for. I actually bought another kind also because I felt like I was somewhere where they were interested in helping me. Prices were excellent. I got a great value
